Private Pay Rates

$200 per Initial Evaluation

$175 per 60-minute session

$125 per 30-minute session

Group Rates are $25 per person with a minimum of 5 people in group. 

Group will not exceed 7 people due to 60 minute time and structure.

There is a $5 processing fee for all debit transcation

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

We are currently in the process of credentialing with other insurances and will provide updates upon approval. 

 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

​

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 

Payment

All major credit cards accepted for payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours

in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.. If there are excessive cancellations, 

therapist and client will have a discussion regarding treatment goals and scheduling.
